Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring Implementation Project Managers to join our Client Success team. You will own complex SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating across Product, Sales, Support and external clients to ensure on-time launches.

You will manage 6–12 week project lifecycles, apply risk management, configure applications with no-code tools, and ensure high-quality results for our life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing 5–10 SaaS implementations with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and organization skills to guide clients through onboarding and launches.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and handling one-way system integrations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage software implementations from kickoff to go-live with cross-functional coordination.
• Risk Management: identify risks and propose alternatives to keep timelines on track.
• Configuration & QA: configure client applications using a no-code flow builder and prepare regulatory annotations.
• Client Advisory: maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle to guide successful launches.
