Micromerce is seeking a delivery-focused professional to lead onboarding, data migration, and customer success for our U.S. clients. You will partner with our Hamburg team and directly with the Founder & CEO, shaping processes as we scale.

You will own go-lives, train non-technical users, and help scope migrations for new customers. The role offers strong autonomy from week one and a flexible remote work setup, with an office in Midtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or technical customer success.
• Go-lives with customers and training non-technical users.
• Role offers a lot of autonomy from week one.
• Fluent English; German helpful but not required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Run onboarding from kickoff to go-live: configuration, training, UAT, sign-off and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Hamburg engineers on complex data sources and product gaps.
• Templateize each project into reusable mappings and quality rules.
• Assist sales with technical discovery and migration estimates.
