Micromerce Inc. is seeking the first dedicated delivery hire in the U.S. You will own onboarding, data migration and customer success, working directly with the Founder & CEO.

You will collaborate with Hamburg-based engineers on data sources, build reusable templates, and provide migration estimates to the sales team. Flexible remote work with an office in Midtown Manhattan supports growing the US team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or technical customer success.

Responsabilités

• Run onboarding from kickoff to go-live: configuration, training, UAT, sign-off and hypercare.
• Work with our engineers in Hamburg on difficult sources and product gaps.
• Turn each project into templates, mapping patterns and quality rules we reuse.
• Support sales with technical discovery and migration estimates.
