Job summary

Floowi is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to build and execute a paid acquisition strategy for an early-stage SaaS company. The role focuses on Meta Ads, conversion tracking, and optimizing the full signup-to-paid journey, with data-driven tests to drive growth.

Remote work from LATAM, English proficiency required, EST-aligned schedule. Responsibilities include building campaigns, maintaining pixel tracking, analyzing funnel performance, and reporting on CAC and conversion

Qualifications

• Proven experience running customer acquisition campaigns for SaaS.
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and CAC.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager (setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization).
• Experience implementing Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom events.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from ground up.
• Audit and maintain conversion tracking across Meta Ads, website, and signup funnel.
• Analyze full customer acquisition funnel to identify bottlenecks and improve conversions.
• Develop a structured creative testing strategy based on performance data.
• Implement landing page optimization and A/B testing to improve signup and subscription rates.
• Build dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and other growth metrics.
• Identify high-performing audiences, campaigns, and creatives to guide growth investments.
