Lago is seeking a seasoned Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns for a diverse client base. The role is remote with standard business hours and involves regular client interactions to present results and strategies.

You will handle 25+ ad accounts, craft creatives, implement Meta Pixels via GTM, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations while staying current with Meta advertising updates.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Facebook advertising campaign management.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager for multiple clients.
• Proficiency in tracking setups, web campaign traffic analysis, and audience engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
• Manage 25+ ad accounts, ensuring optimal structure and performance.
• Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection.
• Analyze performance data to drive campaign improvements.
• Present detailed campaign performance reports to clients.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with clients to align campaign goals, audiences, and budgets.
• Ensure QA for ads, targeting accuracy, and correct landing page links.
• Boost organic content on client pages.
• Install and configure Meta Pixels on various sites via GTM.
• Troubleshoot pixel functionality and data discrepancies.
• Define and set up custom conversions to track actions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage custom audiences based on pixel data.
