Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, or paid media.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS.
• Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video).
• Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive.
