Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Restaurant portfolio implementations and ongoing app enhancements for customer brands. This role partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and partner teams to drive high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure value delivery while maintaining timelines, scope, and quality across multiple deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management, implementation, or customer delivery in SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Exposure to restaurant, retail, loyalty, or marketing technology platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Restaurant implementations and scoped enhancements for assigned customers.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support integrations (POS, Online Ordering, CDP, CRM).
• Ensure deliverables meet PAR quality standards and client requirements.
