Job summary

WorkFlex, a fast-growing HR Tech startup, is hiring a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will identify leads, spark interest, and turn curiosity into opportunities in a fully remote team.

You will cold call and warm call, set up meetings with enterprise clients, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to sharpen our value proposition. A remote-friendly culture with quarterly bonuses awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in outbound SaaS sales.
• At least 1 year enterprise client sales experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely in a fully remote team.
• Familiarity with Hubspot and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via warm and cold calls and other prospecting.
• Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
• Present WorkFlex to potential clients.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to refine value proposition and messaging.
• Report progress of deals in Hubspot CRM.
