Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Memphis, TN. You will expand Thryv’s footprint with existing clients and win new SaaS opportunities, delivering software solutions that help local businesses automate tasks and grow revenue.

You’ll work mostly outside the office, build relationships, present product demos, and meet a sales quota. The role requires SaaS experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate remotely with a local travel footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years in outbound full-sales-cycle role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Must live within 1 hour of Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS client opportunities to meet quota.
