Job summary

Vyne is seeking a driven Expansion/Upsell Account Executive to join our sales team. You will focus on growing existing accounts, with a preference for candidates in Utah, Indiana, Georgia, or Tennessee and the ability to work remotely.

Candidate should have 1–2 years in sales with success in account management and upselling. A SaaS background and strong relationship skills are highly valued for driving additional revenue from our payments solution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with account management/upsell focus.
• SaaS background preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of dental industry/revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand and upsell products within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with current clients to understand needs and growth areas.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Vyne Dental solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit expansion targets.
• Coordinate with customer success and support for seamless implementation.
• Analyze client usage and feedback to identify upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
• Monitor account performance metrics for senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide client insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
