Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand Thryv’s reach with existing clients and attract new SaaS clients in a remote-friendly role based in the Rochester area. The successful candidate will drive engagements, manage a broad book of business, and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and strategic prospecting.

The role requires 3+ years of software sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration with existing clients and increase engagement with Thryv software.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients to meet sales quotas.
• Follow defined cadences and certification requirements for client outreach and product demos.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute sales strategies.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance.
