Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Rochester to grow our SaaS footprint with existing clients and to hunt for new business.

This remote-first role calls on customers to expand software usage, deliver tailored solutions, and meet sales quotas across a national US market. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS or similar
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Grow penetration with existing clients and expand SaaS usage
• Identify and pursue new SaaS opportunities to meet sales quotas
• Present opportunities to clients and secure new business
• Execute defined sales processes and cadences
• Participate in meetings, trainings and pipeline reviews
