Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a RX Fulfillment Coordinator to process prescriptions and support providers through a high-volume call-center environment. You will handle member inquiries via phone or messages, ensuring timely and accurate prescription processing.

Required credentials include a National Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent, plus 2 years in a related role and 1 year in a call center. Remote work from the United States with some after-hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Active Pharmacy Technician (National) Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license.
Minimum 2 years as Pharmacy Tech, MA, or LPN/LVN.
Minimum 1 year in a call center environment.
Knowledge of healthcare terminology and prescription medications.
Willing to work outside established hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies across calls and emails.
Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and timely.
Provide direct support to Teladoc providers as needed.
Receive escalated calls and de-escalate outcomes.
Submit prior-authorization requests to insurance carriers.
Manage daily task list to meet performance goals.
Maintain detailed case documentation in admin system with resolution notes.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
