Teladoc Health is seeking an RX Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure high-quality prescription processing within a remote, call-center environment. You will apply professional knowledge to handle prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers and support providers under established policies.

This role requires a high school diploma, active Pharmacy Technician certification, and prior experience in a pharmacy or medical setting, plus strong communication and confidentiality adherence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician (National) Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Pharmacy Tech/Medical Assistant/LPN/LVN.
• At least 1 year in a call center.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver service to members, providers, and pharmacies via calls and emails.
• Process prescriptions accurately and timely under supervision.
• Provide direct support to Teladoc providers.
• Receive and de-escalate escalated calls.
• Submit prior-authorization requests online.
• Manage daily task list to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in admin system.
• Maintain confidentiality of issues and adheres to HIPAA.
• Other duties, as assigned.
