Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a runway rehabilitation project on a DoD aviation infrastructure site.

The role requires directing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance on a large-scale airfield project. The ideal candidate has extensive heavy civil and airfield construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with military

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years progressively responsible construction management or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing runway/airfield, aviation, transportation, heavy civil, or federal construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field construction activities for runway rehabilitation.
• Direct subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades on an active airfield.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence per contract requirements.
• Interface with military, government, and client representatives.
• Review plans, specs, schedules, and technical documents for constructability and risk.
• Manage material quantities, deliveries, and labor resources.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Support closeout and turnover documentation.
