Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a large-scale dormitory renovation at Patrick Space Force Base.

You will oversee field construction activities, coordinate trades, enforce safety, and ensure project milestones are met. This on-site leadership role requires coordinating with the Program Manager, Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, with a focus on quality control, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in construction management, superintendent, or field leadership.
• Experience on renovation projects for large facilities; DoD/government projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of codes, life-safety, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities for a large dormitory renovation.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades and enforce schedule milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Interface with client, program manager, project manager, and vendors.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and project schedules; manage change orders.
• Monitor budget, manpower, and progress; prepare daily reports.
