Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a large-scale dormitory renovation at Patrick Space Force Base.

You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate multiple trades, enforce safety, and manage schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of construction management experience, preferably with government/federal projects, and a BS in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience supervising commercial/institutional renovations.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, schedules, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades and interface with client representatives.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and project schedules; monitor progress and quality.
