Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a large-scale dormitory renovation at Kessler AFB, Biloxi, MS. The role directs daily field operations, coordinating multiple trades while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and 8–12 years of leadership in renovations, including DoD projects. CPR/First Aid, HAZWOPER, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of construction management or field leadership experience.
• Experience with DoD/government-funded projects preferred.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour certification or 8-hour refresher preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities for large-scale dormitory renovation.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades and enforce quality standards.
• Ensure project execution on schedule and within budget.
• Interface with client representatives, facility personnel, and inspectors.
• Review drawings, schedules, and shop drawings; identify field conflicts.
