• HAZWOPER certification (40‑hour) or current 8‑hour refresher; CPR/First Aid training.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schematics; maintain accurate field notes and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all field activities and subcontractors.
• Review specifications, drawings, and constructability; manage bids and change orders.
• Monitor safety, budgets, and schedules; produce daily labor, equipment, material reports; ensure on-site staffing needs.
