Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III to lead a large-scale dormitory renovation at Patrick Space Force Base, FL.

You will direct daily on-site operations, coordinate multiple trades, ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance, and interface with the client and project team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and 8–12 years of leadership in renovation projects, with DoD/government project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of construction management or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing renovation projects for large facilities, including dormitories or similar structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities for the dormitory renovation.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades and enforce quality standards.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on site.
• Interface with client representatives, program manager, and inspectors.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and project schedules for constructability.
