Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager / Site Superintendent III for a runway rehabilitation project on a base. This remote position requires leading field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

The candidate will interface with military/government stakeholders, review plans and cost data, and support bid evaluations and subcontractor procurement. DoD/federal project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 8-12 years of progressively responsible construction mgmt/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing runway/airfield or large federal construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for runway rehabilitation.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet safety, cost, and schedule goals.
• Review plans, schedules, and technical documents; manage change orders.
