Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a qualified Construction Manager / Site Superintendent to direct projects to completion and manage subcontractors. You will communicate daily with the Program Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineer, and subs to align timeline and staffing.

Responsibilities include reviewing specs, constructability, schedules, bids, budgets, and safety. Candidates should have 8–12 years in general construction, HAZWOPER, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–12 years general construction experience (excavation, grading, wastewater)
• 40-HR HAZWOPER or refresher cert is required
• CPR/First Aid training, valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime including weekends

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive projects to completion and manage subcontractors
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Project Manager, Site Engineer and subs
• Review construction specs, drawings, and constructability
• Prepare subcontractor bid lists and evaluate bids
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors; track daily costs and progress
• Review budgets vs. actuals and manage change orders
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
• Produce daily reports and field logs
