Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search seeks a commercially driven sales professional to grow adoption of specialized rumen-protected amino acid technologies across dairy and beef markets. This remote, field-based role requires building new business and strategic relationships with nutritionists, feed mills, and livestock producers.

You will conduct consultative technical presentations, ROI demonstrations, and manage full sales cycles from initial outreach to trials and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in animal nutrition or feed additives.
• Strong understanding of dairy production and ruminant nutrition.
• Experience collaborating with nutritionists, feed manufacturers, distributors, and farmers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expand market share for rumen-protected amino acid technologies and feed additive solutions.
• Develop territory strategies to cultivate new business in dairy and beef production sectors.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, feed mills, and independent nutritionists.
• Deliver consultative technical presentations and ROI demonstrations with internal teams.
• Manage complex sales cycles from outreach to trials, formulation integration, and ongoing account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory compliance; document NDAs and commercial agreements.
