Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong full-stack experience (frontend and backend).
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development — design, develop, and maintain the EHR platform using Ruby on Rails.
• Front-end UI work and back-end business logic.
• Defect Resolution — triage, debug, and fix production defects.
• New Feature Development — design and implement features.
• Data & SQL — write and optimize SQL queries.
• Agile Delivery — participate in sprints and ceremonies.
• Quality & Compliance — write tests, code reviews, PHI security.
• AI-Enabled Development — use AI tools for docs, code, and tests.
