Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years building and maintaining production Ruby on Rails applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to understand user needs and define successful results.
• Build and improve Ruby on Rails features across the application.
• Develop and refine user-facing AI agents and their integrations.
• Write and maintain automated tests and review code.
• Plan safe deployments and verify behavior after release.
• Use AI throughout planning, design, development, and release.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software engineering.
