This remote US-based position emphasizes accuracy and timely reporting, supporting internal teams and publisher relationships for smooth royalty processing. You will contribute to data integrity, collaborate across departments, and help advance technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or accounting is required.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access databases.

Responsibilities

• Review order details and calculate royalties due for assigned business lines.
• Manage monthly and quarterly royalty reporting and payment processes.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports with publishers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze and resolve data and royalty errors.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
