Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Royalty Accountant II to manage the full royalty cycle for multiple publishers. This fully remote role supports the accounting team with monthly and quarterly reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate royalty processing and strong publisher relationships. The role emphasizes attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid-remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies/accounting is required.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access databases is required.

Responsibilities

• Review order details and calculate royalties due for assigned business lines.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting and payment processes.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports with publishers as requested.
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze and resolve data and royalty errors.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
