Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Royalty Accountant II to manage the full royalty cycle for multiple publishers, including calculation, reporting, and payments.

You will reconcile business line accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data and royalty errors. The role is remote for candidates based in the United States, with on-site requirements only within specified hub locations as described in our work policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies or accounting is required.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience is preferred (2+ years).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full royalty cycle including calculation, reporting and payment for publishers.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports with publishers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data and royalty discrepancies.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with publisher payment accounts and ad hoc reporting.
