Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Development Associate to meet service expectations while selling products, merchandising, and managing routes to drive volume and profit in accounts.

The role covers routes without current coverage until a permanent salesperson is assigned. Local candidates in the Midlothian/Chesterfield/Chester area are encouraged to apply, with compensation of $21.63/hour plus a $2,400 annual car allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Strategizes to achieve sales and merchandising objectives and reviews pricing data monthly.
• Maintains product levels in accounts by inventorying and restocking shelves.
• Ensures strong brand visibility using current point of sale materials.
• Delivers products, handles issues, and refers complaints to management.
• May be expected to obtain payment depending on the market.
• Extended route coverage in some circumstances.
• Attains standards of performance by distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
• Completes surveys to ensure national account compliance.
