Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Development Associate to meet service expectations while selling product, merchandising, and fulfilling route management objectives to drive volume and profit growth in accounts.

Candidates local to Midlothian, Chesterfield, and Chester are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes $21.63 per hour plus a $2,400 annual car allowance. This role covers daily routes and may extend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes lacking coverage.
• Preplans routing to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
• Restocks shelves and maintains product levels where allowed by law.
• Ensures brand visibility with POS materials.
• Handles customer issues and refers to management when needed.
• May assist with payments depending on market.
