Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Sales Development Associate to meet service expectations while selling products, merchandising, and managing routes to drive volume and profit growth. This role covers routes lacking coverage until a permanent sales representative is assigned.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with OT potential, plus a $200/month car allowance, $300/month gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Full-time position in Sales with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong MS Office and presentations skills.
• Results-oriented with diplomacy and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established and efficient routing pattern.
• Strategizes and preplans to achieve sales and merchandising objectives and reviews pricing and product programming information monthly.
• Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves where allowed.
• Ensures maximum brand visibility using current point of sale materials when appropriate.
• Delivers products, handles customer issues, and refers issues to management as needed.
• May be required to obtain payment depending on the market.
