Offshore Launch is hiring a Roofing Operations Coordinator to act as the gatekeeper between Sales and Operations, ensuring scope, pricing, and documentation are accurate before production. You will manage admin tasks from contract signing to completion, including financing uploads, change orders, and permits.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, consistency with contracts, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams within a remote, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer-facing gatekeeper between Sales and Operations for every job.
• Support customer financing documentation and upload to lender portals.
• Reconcile change orders to reflect actual work in contracts and invoicing.
• Prepare and submit permit applications; track status and delays.
• Submit warranty documentation and ensure all requirements are met.
