Job summary

Offshore Launch is seeking a full-time remote Quality Gate Specialist for a residential roofing and solar client. You will ensure every signed job is complete and accurate before production, acting as the gate between Sales and Operations.

Key duties include reviewing and approving jobs based on scope, pricing, documentation, checklists, and photos; handling financing support, change orders, permits, and warranty registrations; and flagging incomplete work to keep jobs moving.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a checklist-driven approach.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, CRM platforms, or U.S. permit processes is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $1450 per month depending on experience, plus 13th month pay.
