You will answer calls, research and resolve inquiries, document interactions in our software, and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards. A high school diploma and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system; MS Office proficiency; 1 year experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, insurance claims processing, or proofreading.
• Ability to stay organized with strong attention to detail.
• Must pass HIPAA exam annually and ROI certification with 85%+.
• Post-offer health screenings and vaccinations may be required depending on state.
• Remote work requires high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and conduct business with excellent customer service.
• Handle release of information inquiries accurately and timely.
• Document calls and resolutions in software systems.
• Follow department procedures and meet productivity/quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain attendance.
