Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Friendly, professional communication with strong customer service skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and basic MS-Office proficiency.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Healthcare or Claims processing is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized with strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Handle release of information inquiries accurately and timely.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Document calls and resolutions in the system with attention to detail.
• Follow department procedures and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; adhere to company policies.
• Work schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00am-4:30pm PST.
