Datavant is a remote-first healthcare data platform hiring for a CPC Processor I Customer Support role. You will handle release of information inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and document all interactions in our systems from a distributed team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent from an Accredited Institute recognized by the State Dept. of Education.
Experience with multi-line phone systems is required.
Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
Ability to stay organized while working quickly with attention to detail.
Passing annual HIPAA examination and 90-day ROI Certification with 85%+ is required.

Responsibilities

Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
Answering release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via telephone, email or written correspondence.
Document all calls, inquiries and resolution in the company software systems.
Follow all department and site procedures and meet productivity and quality targets.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Attend mandatory trainings and maintain attendance as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
