Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Robotics Software Engineer to design, build, and integrate software powering autonomous robots and robotic platforms. This role spans the full stack from sensor integration to perception and control, with emphasis on production-quality code and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor juniors, review designs, and contribute to robust real-time systems in a remote US-based team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of robotics software engineering experience.
Strong C++ and Python programming skills.
Hands-on ROS/ROS 2 experience in production projects.
Experience with perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
Familiarity with sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filters.
Experience with simulation environments Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo.
Strong real-time debugging and concurrent systems skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.

Responsibilities
