Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Robotics Solutions Engineer to design and integrate software for autonomous robots across the full robotics software stack, from sensor integration and motion planning to high-level perception and behavior systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners—product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders—to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, production-grade solutions, and will mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with ROS or ROS 2 in production projects.
• Solid experience with at least one of perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filter techniques.
• Experience with simulation environments (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo).
• Strong debugging skills in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.
