Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in robotics and mechatronics projects.
• Experience applying AI coding agents to engineering workflows.
• Ability to document technical workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve robotics/mechatronics problems using AI agents.
• Design, implement, test, and document AI-driven solutions for robotic systems.
• Demonstrate AI agent applicability to complex engineering challenges.
• Navigate large codebases, debug issues, and develop features with AI agents.
• Document agent-driven workflows, decisions, prompts, code sequences, iterations, and outcomes.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness and reliability.
• Provide feedback on AI agent performance and limitations.
• Contribute real-world examples of end-to-end feature development and system design.
