Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Robotics & Mechatronics AI Expert to contribute advanced engineering expertise to a remote contract project. You will apply your robotics and system design skills alongside AI coding agents like Codex and Claude to solve real-world engineering challenges.

You will analyze, design, test, and document AI-assisted robotic systems, collaborating with stakeholders while documenting workflows and decisions to accelerate development and ensure reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics or mechatronics projects involving software, hardware, controls, sensors, or system integration.
• Proven ability to use Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork to generate and execute multi-step code sequences.
• Ability to apply AI agents to engineering problems beyond simple code generation; including debugging, design, optimization, and automation.
