Qualifications

• Required: robotics, mechatronics, system design, and AI coding agents experience.
• Proven ability to use Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, Claude Cowork for multi-step code sequences.
• Strong debugging, feature development, and technical workflow automation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and remote collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve robotics/mechatronics problems using AI coding agents.
• Design, implement, test, and document AI-driven robotics solutions.
• Demonstrate applications of AI agents to complex engineering challenges.
• Navigate large codebases, debug, and develop features with AI-assisted workflows.
• Document agent-driven workflows, decisions, prompts, code sequences, iterations, outcomes.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical correctness and reliability.
• Provide feedback on AI agent performance and limitations.
• Contribute real-world end-to-end feature development and system design examples.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to accelerate robotics development.
