Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to drive successful integration of the Hugo RAS system in US hospitals. The role is fully remote with extensive travel (>75%) to implement and support robotic programs across the territory, including initial installation, training, and ongoing optimization.

The candidate will engage with hospital stakeholders, develop measurable goals, and coordinate surgeon training to ensure smooth adoption and operational excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Willingness to relocate to a major implementation site.
• Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%).

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop goals and metrics for Hugo RAS system.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to remain on-track.
• Develop a surgeon training plan, coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training and proctored cases.
• Develop a training plan to support staff through their learning curve.
• Support the technology adoption by attending cases during learning sessions.
• Cooperate with hospital staff to prepare the operating room for the Hugo RAS system.
