Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device/healthcare industry.
• Medical device experience with robotic surgery technologies.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education and training on Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology across general surgery, urology, and gynecology.
• Support laboratory sessions, hands-on workshops, and procedural-based training.
• Assess trainee performance using structured teaching methods and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs and proctors to prepare training programs.
