Job summary

Medtronic plc in North Haven, CT is seeking an Installation Program Manager for the Americas to lead the Hugo RAS system installations. You will coordinate with Field Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Clinical Training to ensure on-time site readiness and successful hospital commissioning.

This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and global tool usage. You will support order-to-cash processes, oversee site surveys, and drive deployment across the Americas,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Support, Marketing Support, or Supply Chain planning.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in outside US markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation management of Hugo at clinical sites in the US.
• Coordinate pre-sale site inspections and track findings.
• Manage order to cash activities and forecast deliveries.
• Collaborate with field service, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain dashboards and improve processes.
