Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based professional in the Jackson, MS / Southeast region to lead HUGO robotic system deployment and staff training. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites and collaboration with hospital stakeholders to drive adoption and program success.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical/sales experience or an Advanced degree with 0 years, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience or Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare environments and clinical workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO RAS-system.
• Develop a surgeon training plan and coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training with proctored cases.
• Develop a training plan to support staff through their learning curve and attendance at training classes.
• Support technology adoption by attending cases during learning sessions.
• Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in.
• Coach hospitals’ staff to promote skill transfer and achieve self-sufficiency in operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Medtronic field service engineer and hospital staff to prepare the operating room for HUGO RAS-system.
• Track milestones to demonstrate value delivered for the pilot site.
• This is a fully remote role and requires travel throughout the country (>75%).
