Job summary

Consor is seeking a Bridge Design Project Manager in Florida to lead large and complex bridge projects, working with state and local agencies. You will direct engineering teams, ensure technical excellence, and foster client relationships on high-profile transportation programs.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a P.E. license, and 8+ years in transportation project management, with strong communication and collaboration skills. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.E. License in good standing.
• 8+ years of related professional experience, incl. 2+ years on transportation projects as PM or Asst PM.
• Strong communicator.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Proficiency in Bridge Design and Analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates and directs a number of large and complex bridge projects.
• Plan and deliver federally-funded projects for State and Local Agency clients.
• Serve as a staff/technical specialist in advanced theories, concepts, principles, methods or processes in resolution of unique engineering problems.
• Plans, organizes, and directs the work of a staff of engineers and technicians.
• May serve as resident engineer and/or structure representative on construction projects.
• May supervise staff engineers, including evaluating progress and results obtained, and determining a course of action to achieve overall objectives.
• Develop and foster relationships with a network of contacts and clients that will lead to future projects.
