Responsibilities

• Take road service calls while managing the caller's emotional state and verify membership information (name, phone, email, vehicle description, location).
• Provide information on road service policies and procedures to members.
• Determine the appropriate action for each call and consult a supervisor for special circumstances; assist with new member applications when needed.
