AAATV Tidewater Auto Assoc Of VA Inc is seeking a Call Center Representative for AAA Roadside Assistance. This remote, work-from-home role is the first point of contact for members in distress, handling emergency roadside services with empathy while documenting details and coordinating with dispatch to ensure rapid response.

Starting pay is $18.85/hour with a 6-month raise; bilingual Spanish adds $1/hour; tenure-based increases up to $2.25 plus monthly incentives and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance.
• Document details accurately and relay to dispatch teams.
• Maintain calm, compassionate demeanor on high-stress calls.
