Winixx Inc. in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Roadside Assistance Network Manager to build and maintain a nationwide provider network for the fleetOS roadside service.

You will ensure timely assistance, fair pricing, and high-quality service through SLA enforcement and performance reviews. The role supports real-time dispatch, contract negotiations, and portal development, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities across 30+ SaaS products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of vendor management or network operations experience.
• Experience building geographically distributed provider networks.
• Strong contract negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to be available for urgent network escalations outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, qualify, and manage a national network of roadside assistance service providers.
• Develop and enforce SLAs with network providers on response time, pricing, and quality.
• Monitor coverage gaps and recruit providers in underserved regions.
• Coordinate with operations to dispatch and manage roadside events in real time.
• Conduct provider performance reviews and remove underperformers.
• Manage provider contracts, payment terms, and rate negotiations.
• Build a provider portal and communication system for dispatch and tracking.
• Report on coverage, response time, and cost per roadside event.
