Boschgroup is seeking a Network Territory Manager in the United States. The role is remote, requiring residency in the assigned territory with periodic travel to the corporate office.

You will grow and manage contractor relationships to meet quality and financial targets for roadside assistance services. Responsibilities include managing territory plans, bidding markets, contracting and onboarding providers, and resolving disputes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in account or vendor management.
• 5+ years' experience working with towing and roadside providers in contracted environments.
• Experience negotiating rates and managing territory-based programs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for events.

Responsabilidades

• Manage territory plan including performance metrics, claims cost, in-network dispatch growth.
• Lead market bids to optimize price and performance across markets.
• Handle contracting and onboarding of towing and roadside providers.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and damage cases within territory.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for contract compliance as needed.
• Recruit towing/roadside providers to meet service levels across territory.
• Analyze performance gaps and service issues; report findings to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes with contracted facilities.
• Attend industry meetings and events to maintain relationships with providers.
